Specific regulations
ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION
The 47e DELTA Profronde is organized by Stichting Internationale Ronde van Midden-Zeeland under the regulations of the International Cycling Union. It is to be held on 16 june 2007.
ARTICLE 2. TYPE OF EVENT
The event is open to athletes of the Men Elite categories. The event is entered on the UCI, UCI Europe Tour calendar. The event is registered as a class 1 event.
In conformity with the UCI rules, points are awarded as follows: 80, 56, 32, 24, 20, 16, 12, 8, 7, 6, 5, 3. for the UCI ranking Continental Men Elite and Under 23.
ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION
As per article 2.1.005 of the UCI regulations, the event is open to the following teams: UCI Pro Team, UCI Professional Continental Team, UCI Continental Team, National Team. As per article 2.2.003 of the UCI regulations, teams must be formed of minimum 5 and maximum 8 riders.
ARTICLE 4. RACE HEADQUARTERS
The race headquarters of the start shall be open starting 16 june 2007 09.00 a.m. and located at the following address: Hoofdkantoor DELTA N.V., Poelendaelesingel 10, 4335 JA Middelburg.
Team representatives are requested to confirm their starters and collect their race numbers at the race headquarters from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. on the 16th June 2007. The team managers' meeting, organized in accordance with article 1.2.087 of the UCI regulations, in the presence of the Members of the Commissaires’ Panel, is scheduled for 10.00 a.m. at Hoofdkantoor DELTA N.V., Poelendaelesingel 10, 4335 JA Middelburg.
Race headquarters of the arrival site shall be open 16 june 2007 09.00 a.m. and located at the following address: Sportpunt Zeeland, Zwembadweg 3, 4463 AB Goes. The jury meeting is at 10.30 a.m.
ARTICLE 5. RADIO-TOUR
Race information will be broadcast on the following frequency: 155.9375.
ARTICLE 6. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The technical support service is handled by Team Shimano. The neutral support is taken care of by means of: 3 vehicles.
ARTICLE 7. FINISHING TIME LIMITS
Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 5% shall not be placed. The time limit may, in exceptional circumstances, be increased by the Commissaires' Panel in agreement with the organizer.
ARTICLE 8. PRIZES

ARTICLE 9. ANTIDOPING
The UCI antidoping regulations are entirely applicable to the event. The antidoping tests will take place at Sportpunt Zeeland, Zwembadweg 3, 4463 AB Goes.
ARTICLE 10. AWARDS CEREMONY
In accordance with article 1.2.112 of the UCI rules, the following riders must attend the official awards ceremony:
- The first three of the event.
The riders will present themselves at the podium in a time limit of maximum five minutes after crossing the finish line.
ARTICLE 11. PENALTIES
The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable.

Le 47ième DELTA Profronde est organisée par Stichting Internationale Ronde van Midden-Zeeland sous les règlements de l'Union Cycliste Internationale. Elle se dispute le 16 juin 2007.
ARTICLE 2. TYPE D’ÉPREUVE
L'épreuve est réservée aux athlètes des catégories Hommes Elite. Elle est inscrite au calendrier UCI, UCI Europe Tour. L’épreuve est classée en classe 1.
Conformément au règlement UCI, elle attribue les points suivants: 80, 56, 32, 24, 20, 16, 12, 8, 7, 6, 5, 3, pour le classement UCI Continental Hommes Elite et Moins de 23 Ans.
ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION
Conformément à l’article 2.1.005 du règlement UCI, l’épreuve est ouverte aux équipes suivantes: UCI Pro Team, Equipe Continentale Professionnele UCI, Equipe Continentale UCI, Equipe Nationale Conformément à l’article 2.2.003 du règlement UCI, le nombre de coureurs par équipe est de minimum 5 et de maximum 8 coureurs.
ARTICLE 4. PERMANENCE
La permanence de départ se tient, le 16 juin 2007, 09.00 heure à Hoofdkantoor DELTA N.V., Poelendaelesingel 10, 4335 JA Middelburg.
La confirmation des partants et le retrait des dossards par les responsables d'équipes se font à la permanence de 10.00 heure à 11.30 heure le 16 juin 2007. La réunion des directeurs sportifs, organisée suivant l’article 1.2.087 du règlement UCI, en présence des Membres du Collège des Commissaires, est fixée à 10.00 heure et aura lieu à Hoofdkantoor DELTA N.V., Poelendaelesingel 10, 4335 JA Middelburg.
La permanence d’arrivée se tient, le 16 juin 2007 09.00 heure à Sportpunt Zeeland, Zwembadweg 3, 4463 AB Goes. La réunion des Membres du Collège des Commissaires est fixée a 10.30 h.
ARTICLE 5. RADIO-TOUR
Les informations courses sont émises sur la fréquence 155.9375.
ARTICLE 6. ASSISTANCE TECHNIQUE NEUTRE
Le service d’assistance technique neutre est assuré par le Team Shimano. Le service est assuré au moyen de 3 vouture.
ARTICLE 7. DÉLAIS D’ARRIVÉE
Tout coureur arrivant dans un délai dépassant 5% du temps du vainqueur n'est plus retenu au classement. Le délai peut être augmenté en cas de circonstances exceptionnelles par le Collège des Commissaires, en consultation avec l'organisateur.
ARTICLE 8. PRIX
Les prix suivants sont attribués:

Le total général des prix distribués à l’occasion de l’épreuve est de € 13.776,00.
ARTICLE 9. ANTIDOPAGE
Le règlement antidopage de l’UCI s’applique intégralement à la présente épreuve. Le contrôle antidopage a lieu à Sportpunt Zeeland, Zwembadweg 3, 4463 AB Goes.
ARTICLE 10. PROTOCOLE
Conformément à l’article 1.2.112 du règlement UCI, les coureurs suivants doivent se présenter au protocole:
- Les trois premiers de l’épreuve
Ils se présenteront dans un délai de maximum cinq minutes après leur arrivée.
ARTICLE 11. PÉNALITÉS
Le barème de pénalités de l’UCI est le seul applicable.
